Obvious now, but at the time solely working with bodies softening to allow space for the baby to grow and for the body to birth, I understood the process was always the same.

Saying yes to call led to surrendering the places that held onto the past. Past identity, past form, past understandings of safety. It is impersonal the great exhale into the Mystery and allowing it to transform YOU to be the vessel for your dreams to travel through.

The pattern was the same in divorce, in grief, in illness, in healing, in business - in saying YES, people arrive at the edge of themselves, the place where the old way no longer fits, but the new way of being hasn’t fully formed yet.

Fear almost always shows up there. So does resistance. The instinct to grip tighter to what is known, even when it’s no longer alive. And yet underneath all of it, something deeper is often trying to emerge. Rather than respecting the fear, we use it as a sign that transition is here and there's nothing to do but allow.

This is where the work comes in, to use it all for one's becoming and self- mastery. To recontextualize the grip as guidance and fear as threshold. Shifting one's perspective to align with the consciousness of the dream.

Because the truth is, Life is continually asking us to become more fully ourselves, and most of us were never taught how to ride the intensity, vulnerability, and uncertainty of that becoming.

My work is to explore and support people in meeting themselves there. And enjoy the unfoldment.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been fascinated by birth.

Literal physical birth, yes. I spent years supporting women through pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and the enormous identity shifts that motherhood awakens.

But over time I began to notice that birth wasn’t unique to having a baby.

It was everything.

My path has included more than seventeen years immersed in holistic healthcare through chiropractic and craniosacral medicine, listening deeply to the nervous system, the rhythms of the body, energetic patterns, and the profound intelligence woven into the birth process—which has deeply shaped the way I understand creativity, transformation, and becoming.

My Master’s degree is in Spiritual Psychology, with an emphasis in consciousness, health, and healing, exploring the ways our inner world, subconscious patterns, and lived experiences express through the body and shape our experience of life.

Over the past decade, I have also trained and certified students in Revelation Breathwork, a potent somatic practice for emotional integration, self-awareness, and healing.

Throughout this work, I’ve had the privilege of supporting people through some of the most vulnerable and transformative moments of their lives. I’ve witnessed women become mothers. I’ve sat with people navigating illness, heartbreak, reinvention, and profound loss. I’ve been present for extraordinary beginnings, and I’ve sat beside death.

Again and again, these experiences have revealed the same truth to me:

Beneath the coping, striving, fear, and conditioning, there is something within us that already knows how to heal, how to create, and how to return home to itself.

There was a time when I understood healing very differently.

I was trained to observe a problem and help I was trained to identify problems, observe dysfunction, and help people move toward resolution. To find what wasn’t working and improve it, fix it, or energetically clear it away.

And while that perspective supported many people, over time my understanding began to change.

I no longer experience transformation as removing symptoms, difficult emotions, unwanted patterns, or uncomfortable experiences. I’ve found that the things we are most desperate to get rid of are the openings to wisdom. Suffering itself is noble or necessary, but life communicates through the very places we’ve learned to resist, numb, avoid, or abandon within ourselves. This is the practice of Self-Mastery in the Mystery.

What if, what initially felt like the obstacle was the key to your full expression?

What if the anxiety was the loud call to reveal what is out of alignment?

What if the heartbreak uncovered a deeper truth. What if the exhaustion was what finally interrupted years of overextending?

The physical symptom, emotional experience, life pattern is there to invite someone back into a relationship with their Life.

Today, my work is rooted in mentorship. Weaving my experience of birth, body and soul to walk beside you while you remember what you already know.

I'm here to hold perspective when fear gets loud, who can reflect possibility when old patterns and conditioning narrow your vision. And to help you stay present long enough for your own wisdom, intuition, and truth to emerge from beneath the noise.

The transformation is not by striving to become someone else. Or to get rid of tendencies or behaviors. The healing that we desire comes from developing a deeper relationship with who they already are beneath the coping, performing, striving, and protection. And creating from there.

When people begin reconnecting to their essential self, life tends to reorganize around it in beautiful and often surprising ways.

Right where you are, holds what you seek.

What I trust now continues to evolve beyond what I understood twenty years ago.

Every aspect of you is encoded with the truth of your path and process.

The way to navigate the deep desires to create an aligned life is to respect presence more than performance. To trust curiosity more than certainty. And to follow how the body is always offering information, guidance, and feedback about the way we are moving through life. And when resistance arises, rather than being an obstacle, to open up to how it has something important to reveal.

Our work together is not about forcing outcomes and being solely ambition driven. Our work is about softening into what is and practicing developing self-awareness and inner safety to listen deeply to yourself. The wisdom most people are searching for is not somewhere outside of them. It is buried beneath conditioning, fear, coping patterns, overstimulation, striving, and years of outsourcing authority. Turning over these patterns and using them for inner belonging is what you will take away and use far beyond our work together.

The path is always leading us in the same direction:

Deeper into truth, deeper into embodiment, deeper into love, and deeper into relationship with who we actually are.
