What does a VIP weekend look like?

You fly to Asheville and stay in an AirBNB, that we will direct you towards. Friday evening we meet for dinner and complete Sunday afternoon. The weekend will meet you exactly where you are on your journey. It is an experiential time and space, used as a jump start to your clarity and inspiration - using energy work, spiritual coaching, somatic work, waterfall/fire ceremonies, etc we outline where you are and where you want to be in 6-12 months & create a plan, outline what has held you back and what can move you forward. This is a powerful, intentional portal that jump starts your inspiration, enthusiasm and direction.

What is the difference between 1:1 coaching and group work?

3 month group focusing on intentionally opening up yourself as a creative vessel to allow your heart’s desire to come into form. Coming from the understanding that our desire is a part of our soul’s path, it’s realization is designed to be an inner journey as much as an outer expression. By aligning to the frequency of our goal, naturally any energetic blocks in the form of conditioning and limiting beliefs bubble up for clearing. The group is highly experiential and use the dynamics of a sisterhood to strengthen one’s capacity to receive, to share, to be witnessed and witness others moving towards their dream along side of you. It is a transformational program designed to walk you through the portal of creation through bi-monthly calls and two 1:1 coaching sessions with Dr Maura, accountability groups, practices, rituals and tools to open up and allow Life to move through you.

1:1 coaching is an intimate container where you receive loving, personalized, and focused support for you, your goals, your path and your process. 1:1 clients typically seek more fulfilment in their life in general and our work of liberating them from their patterns, limited thinking impacts all areas in their life. We learn how to cultivate capacity to be at their growing edge and heal there. We use spirituality as the bedrock to see how their life is designed for them to awkwen into the fullness of who they are. We use everything that life presents them with the knowing that it is to be used for their learning, growing and evolution. 1:1 coaching is a 6 month commitment, you will be given assignments, you will be held as you walk through your growing edge,  and you will absolutely championed and held in loving encouragement.  link for exploratory call.

How is Spiritual Coaching different from traditional coaching?

Traditional coaching is a powerfully supportive tool to move forward in life. Whereas traditional therapy focuses on your past to understanding how you got to where you are, coaching focuses on taking action and moving forward to get to where you want to be. Often times it is our past conditioning that holds us back, and coaching helps people move forward with accountability, understanding and encouragement. (very broad overview) The field is expanding and there are so many amazing coaches now who specialize in many niches such as - business, health, realtionship, parenting, etc. Spiritual Coaching is supporting a person create their heart’s desire while working with a spiritual principles and understandings. My background is using the body, mind and spirit to support a woman to move forward in the direction of her dreams. I use my background in neurology, energy medicine, intuition, Science of Mind, and my MA in Spiritual Psychology with an emphasis on Consciousness, Health and Healing, to support someone use their entire challenges  for your learning, growing and upliftment. Within the context of spiritual coaching we rely on the perspecitve of the soul’s journey to provide inspiration, motivation and wisdom to create their path.
